The Haunting (2022) is inspired by my reaction to the film Blue Velvet directed by David Lynch. While watching this film, parts of it made me so uncomfortable that I wanted to turn it off, but weirdly parts of it were interesting. The film felt like it was haunting me, and I couldn’t get away from it. Those feelings are how this series came into existence.
